Blogger Prompt - Week 7, Term 1, 2018 


NZ Census


Roll call! This year is a Census year. A census is a big question form that gathers lots of information about all the people in New Zealand. The census only happens every 5 years. It is a snapshot of the New Zealand population on one night every five years and is compulsory to complete.

Here are the questions for this week:

Q1: What is your favourite subject at school and why? Mahi Time because i'm good at it.





Q2: Do you have any pets? What are they and what are their names? If you don't have a pet what pet would you have if you did? I have pet chickens there called Perry,Dani,Sebelo.





Q3: What are some of your favourite foods? KFC.





Q4: What is your favourite sport? What do you like about it? Soccer what i like about it is that i you
only need to use your foot and there's a less chance of getting injured.





Q5: What is your favourite hobby? Fortnite/Gaming






Q6: Who do you live with? My mum and dad and brother



Q7: What is your ethnicity? i am from Fiji




Q8: The Census video talks about finding out if there are enough parks. Do you have a park in your suburb? Do you think your suburb needs a park or a better park? What would make it better? I have the Elephant Park in my suburb







Q9: Why do you think the government does a Census every 5 years? To find out how meany people
are in your country.

My family history

My family history   Man down man down we gotta save him. My father who is a great man and is in the army has done many great things for this country. He was born in Fiji and raised in Fiji and he came to New zealand in 2006 when my Mum and brother was still in Fiji.Soon my Mum came to NZ in a plane in 2007. My Mum is a nurse and has saved many people before.My dad soon left the army and got a new job  he works in the company Fletcher and is now the manager of the company. When my brother was growing up he was really into rugby he was so into rugby that he couldn’t miss a super rugby and still can’t miss any.He now goes to Papanui High and is 17. Basketball skills

equipment:basketball Step1 Start dribbling slowly with the basketball Step2 As you get closer to the hoop dribble faster Step3 When you get close enough to the hoop take 2 quick medium steps with each foot Step4 Release the ball when your hand is close enough to the corner of the square 1) what has your level of enjoyment been throughout the writing/imovie process? e.g not my thing. It was okay. I enjoyed it. I really enjoyed it. I loved it. I enjoyed it 2) what were the challenges in working with a partner or in a group. getting the shots in 3) If you were to make another imovie, what would you do differently? maybe talk louder 4) Give three helpful tips to someone new to imovie.
